15 acres and operated by the Harris County Social Services. Harris County Cemetery I (Old) 1894-1937 (Poor Farm) All graves moved to present site being reinterred in a common grave as there was no names and so on. A cemetery of numbered markers are on computer beginning Aug. 1937.
